What is your return policy?

I want you to love your products! I offer a 30 day happiness guarantee. If you wish to return your product(s) please submit the return request form here within 30 days of receiving your items. I’ll you send you return instructions and a shipping label. Please repackage your items carefully and send them back. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt minus return shipping cost. Refund guarantee applies only to orders purchased at anatomy-naturals.com.

Where do you ship?

I ship to all regions of the United States. Rates to Alaska and Hawaii are slightly higher than to the continental U.S. Your shipping rate will be shown at checkout.

Do you sell wholesale?

Do you discount large orders?

Yes. Typically, I offer a 10% discount on bulk orders of 5 or more products of the same type and scent. Please contact me before ordering to get a price quote.

Do you customize for special events?

I can customize products for bridal showers, baby showers, wedding favors, etc. to a certain degree. Please contact me for more information.

Where else can I find your products?

Some of my products are available on Amazon Handmade, and at my Etsy shop. Locally, you can find a selection of products at Tait Farm, The Makery Market and Belle Mercantile.

Where do you source your ingredients?

I purchase my ingredients, packaging and supplies only from U.S. based companies. I buy organic and food grade ingredients whenever they available. My ingredients all come from reputable, trusted sources with appropriate certifications and guarantees. I strive to use reusable and recyclable packaging whenever possible.

Are your products made in the United States?

Yes! I make everything from start to finish in my micro-lab in Pennsylvania.

Are your products white label?

Absolutely not! There are many brands out there who purchase ready-made skincare products and slap their own labels on them. Not me! I formulate my own products, experimenting until I get them just right. I handcraft micro-batches then bottle, label and package them myself.

Do your products contain allergens?

Some of my products contain sweet almond oil. Please read the ingredient list carefully.

Where can I leave a review?

You can leave a review on my contact page here. You can also leave a Google review here. The more stars the better! If you have an issue with a product or your order, I would appreciate the opportunity to remedy the situation before you leave your review.

What if my order arrives damaged?

I package and ship in sturdy boxes with plenty of padding. If your item was damaged in transit, please document the damage and reach out to the carrier to file a claim. If the exterior box is undamaged but your products are, please document all packaging and damage and send me an email at hello@anatomy-naturals.com

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

I ship all my packages with tracking. If the tracking on your order says that it was delivered to the address you provided, please contact the carrier to find out what may have happened. As a small business, I can’t absorb the cost of mistakes made by the carrier or of packages that may have been misplaced or stolen from your property.

As everyone has different skin, body and health conditions which may react to an allergen at any given time, any product could cause a negative skin reaction or react differently to various treatments, even natural products. Product suggested usage is not medical advice.

Anatomy naturals. llc is not responsible if such reaction should occur as a direct result of using my products. If you develop a skin or other sensitivity to any product, you should stop using it immediately and consult your physician. Remember, you should never use new products on broken or irritated skin and discontinue using any products that cause any of the following: redness, scaling, itching, burning, soreness, blisters, watery eyes, irritation or other similar reactions.

Please read the ingredients carefuly and be aware of any possible allergies. Test the product on a small area before using any new product for the first time. Should you develop any symptoms or allergic reactions discontinue use immediately.
