Terms and conditions for wholesale orders:

Before ordering, please send us a copy of your tax exemption certificate. If you do not have one, you may still order but sales tax will apply if you are in Pennsylvania.

A $400 product minimum is required for first orders and shipping is on us. There is no order minimum for subsequent orders.

Orders over $100 will ship insured with signature required for delivery.

If you are a local retailer and would like to arrange pick-up of your order, please indicate this when you order.

We make my products by hand and typically don’t stock large quantities. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and shipment as most items are made to order.

Our products do not contain preservatives and have a shelf-life of 12 months. Keep this in mind if placing a large order. 

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. 

If your order was incorrect or arrived in damaged condition (except for shipping damage) please take photo documentation and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We package and ship orders in sturdy boxes. If your order was damaged in transit, please keep all packaging, document the damage with photos and send to us so we can file a claim with the carrier.
